New to the 1100 and trying to figure out how to define 2 game systems (PS3 and Wii).  Is it possible to have two different game activities?  I've searched throughout this board with no luck so far.

Yes that is possible, when you create either Play Game Activitity, select the second option the create the Activity manually.  This way you can create as many Play Game Activities as you want.
