Harmony Remotes

We are currently using our XBox 360 as a Media Center Extender and everything is going very well.  However, the Harmony One Remote we have to control it doesn't work nearly as well as we would hope.  Some of the buttons do things within Media Center, some do things to the XBox, and some buttons don't do anything even though they really should.  I have no idea how to make it work the way it's supposed to.

We have the following devices set up:

• TV (Toshiba52RV530U)
• Receiver (Pioneer VSX-01TXH)
• XBOX 360
• Nintendo Wii
• Digital Music Server (an iPod dock, which I also have never gotten to work correctly but that is another post for another time.  )

These devices are set up to work with the following activities:

• Watch TV  (Turns TV, Receiver, and XBox on & to the correct settings, and immediately goes to VMC)
• Play XBox 360 (Turns TV, Receiver, and XBox on & to the correct settings, and immediately goes to VMC at which point I have to back it out to the main XBox 360 screen, which is fine; we don't play games much)
• A couple of others that don't have anything to do with my XBox/VMC problem.

If you have one of these remotes, I hope you'll share how you have it set up... especially your customized buttons.

I assume the lack of response here means this isn't possible...but since this is an old post I thought I'd give it a bump.  I have a very similar setup, and was really hoping to use the TV tuner options of the Harmony One with my 360 tuner.  It seems like it'll only tie the softbutton channels to a TV device.  Why is this?  

When is Logitech going to open up the software to give us more customizability?  I haven't reprogrammed a Harmony in a couple of years, and when I got this new remote I was shocked to find that the software was in the same sad state it was way back then.
