Hi, I just bought a harmony 525 universal remote but i cant set it up!. Create login does not work The following message is appearing
Unable to display content.
Click Next to continue.
Any ideas? It is very frustrating not to be able to use the remote because the application is not working....

I have just tried to create a brand new account in the Harmony software and did not experience that error. Often times this "unable to display content" could indicate a problem with that particular account. Try closing out the software (and close the system tray icon) and re-launching it. Click 'Create New Account' and choose a new login ID/password. This should work for you.
P.S. If you have ever used the old account "Test Drive" feature from the site, you will need to create a new account. Those accounts were for testing and are not able to be connected with an actual remote.

I am having the same ssues not being able to create a new account.
Tried restarting.reinstalling and on 2 different machines.
I have a Harmony 600 paper weight at the moment
