Device is currently not supported by your remote model

When trying to add an AV Receiver - Yamaha RX-V663 Extended to my Harmony 885 account I get the message:
"This device is currently not supported by your remote model"
FAQID=705

But I can successfully add the device to an old 659 remote account.

Any idea on what this message means?

Re: Device is currently not supported by your remote model

Hello kidhazy,

             Currently we don't have an idea what that error message is all about but if you the option to ignore the error please go on and add the device because it is supported.

Re: Device is currently not supported by your remote model

It's a strange one.

I've opened a ticket for it, and I'll see how we go.

I've tried it on multiple remotes and so far the ones that work are:

659, 515, 520

The ones that don't work are:

525, 885

There is no option to ignore the message.  The device is not added after pressing "Next".

I can add the normal A/V Receiver device "Yamaha - RX-V663" (it does throw a warning about an iPod dock)  but the extended device which gives access to the extended remote control codes "Yamaha - RX-V663 Extended" gives the "not support" error and cannot be added.
