I just picked up an Apple TV II and I've been having some difficulty setting it up.

My audio receiver does not need to change the input -- it uses the same input for every device used. In all my other activities -- watching a DVD, playing PS3, playing Xbox 360, watching TV -- I have the option to select "I don't need to set the input on my sound system." On the Apple TV activity (Watch TV with Media Center PC), the Harmony software insists on asking me for an input and the option for "I don't need to set the input" is not present. This throws the entire thing off.

How do I set up my remote to turn on my Apple TV, turn on my HDTV, turn on my receiver, and control the volume with my receiver without setting the input? I've managed to do it with every activity except this and after several tries, I'm still nowhere close to a solution.
