I have had my 620 for a long time, but this is the first attempt at using sequences.  I thought it did, but I keep getting an error message when syncing if a sequence has been assigned to a key.  There is no error if I create the sequence but don't assign it.  Tech support sort of thought that it didn't support sequences, but they weren't very helpful at all.

Can someone confirm that the 620 does, or does not support sequences?

The 620 does support sequences, if it didn't you would not even to be able to create one

Any idea why I get the following error then?

"Remove any customizations for the 'Watch TV_Tv_SurfFavoriteChannels_Root' menu from your configuration."

Like others with a similar error, I don't use favorite channels, and never have.  I'm stuck, and annoyed that I had to waste time with that support guy (he didn't know what a "sequence" was until he went into the software.)
