Harmony Remotes

i use win xp sp2

after installing harmony remote software and starting program, i can't find login & account page. it's covered with all gray color.

first page is shown "done" i think it is corrected.

but next page, there are nothing character .it's just gray color display

so i can't use setting my harmony remote

how can i solve this problem?

please help me

Hi, welcome, and sorry to hear of this problem in getting started.

You could try completely removing the software from your computer and re-installing it,

and a standard recommendation is to disable firewall and other protection programs.

After that I suggest referring this to Logi support - there's a link at the top of the page.

Hi to all,

sorry for using this way, but I was not able to find the point to post a problem.

I have the Harmony 300. My Laptop (Win) shows it in the configuration Manager. When I connect it, there is a sound, also when disconnect. But the Software on myharmony.com does not find my Remote. It knows my units but when I try to sync. there is a message, that I have to reconnect my remote.

When I try it on my other computer, I always come to the site where I can download the software. I have done it for several times an uninstalled. This PC runs under Win XP SP2. My Antivirus-Software is stopped when I try to sync. my Harmony.

Is there anyone that can help me ?????

You posted in the correct place, what you discribe, sounds like you do not have Microsoft's Latest version of Silverlight installed.

But Silverlight is installed, i have got today the latest version and tried it again. Same result. Any other idea????
