The software to change and store settings is sooooo slow. What are the using as a server, an etch-a-sketch?! It is useless and whoever wrote or is managing their IT center should be terminated.

Same here, extremely slow.
Considering I just bought myself a 900 to replace my One and that I for some reason can't upgrade my settings (which is really unacceptable) and need to do alot of configuring... this makes me extremely frustrated.
This has been going on for the past 3-4 hours. OS: Windows 7 64 Bit.

1:15 EST, also having the same problem. Spent the past 15 minutes trying to reconfigure my network, and checked my logs on my router to see that there is no connection with Logitech. Please fix, or provide an update![]()

Some sort of official response wouldn't hurt in the mean time.
Anyone?

Are you kidding us?
This is Logitech, a giant company.
No need to answer, you are just a humble customer.

I called the tech support line around 3 hours ago. They said to wait a few hours. Still can't get it to update my Harmony 900.

It is totally dead now, and the web-based version is not working too.

I was changing settings on my 890 around 6 am CST, but after a few successful tweaks, it stopped working.
I first found this forum on 1-1-2010, when there was a similar issue that was resolved by evening. The forum let me breathe easier when I found others with the same problem.
I've been a little frustrated today, but it isn't a major deal in the scheme of things. If it can be resolved within a day, then I'm not going to get too exercised.
