Wow! I am so thrilled to find a remote that actually works. This is such a step up from the free remotes we just got from Time Warner Cable. We've only had an account for a couple of months, and I've already had 2 remotes go out on me. The new, un-programmed remote won't program at all, except to turn on and off the TV and cable box. Instantly, when I set up my new Logitech remote, all the functions were working! No codes to figure out, lights blinking, or punching buttons in succession one after the other. It was so easy to program my Harmony remote through the computer. Yeah! I am happy to know that someone is trying to make something that is user friendly. Thank you, Logitech! I'm looking forward to buying a second one for my husband, and knowing his will work, too!
