I HAVE AN HARMONY 1100 UNIVERSAL REMOTE. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CONFIGURE IT DURING SETUP TO WORK ON MY PC. MY PC IS A CUSTOM GAMER SYSTEM THAT I HAD BUILT, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT MODEL OR EVEN BRAND TO CLASSIFY IT UNDER. I KNOW WHAT ALL HARDWARE THAT IT CONTAINS : AMD PHENOM X4 CPUx4 cores* ASUS MAINBOARD* 4 GIG DDR2 RAM* 2-500GIG HARD DRIVES* 9600 OR 9800 NVIDIA 1 GIG DDR2 PCI VIDEO CARD* 22x DVD BURNER* 650 WATT POWER IN ANTEC CASE. RUNNING WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM 64 BIT WITH MEDIA CENTER AND USING LOGITECH MOUSE AND KEYBOARD IF SOME ONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE HOW TO GET MY REMOTE TO WORK WITH MY PC.

Your PC needs a consumer IR receiver to work with a remote. Buy an MCE remote that comes with a USB IR dongle (you can buy just the dongle in some cases). Then pick the appropriate model from the database. Plug in the dongle, aim your harmony at it, and it should work. If it doesn't, then learn all the commands from the MCE remote. Search "MCE remote" on this site for more specific info.
