Same problem here, got a new TV yesterday and all was well, went to tweak the remote today and it will not work on any of my many computers.

It must be a server side problem with the software and they better get it fixed.  It's insane to leave every single user unable to program their remotes.

I haven't used my harmony remote in a while. My tv got stolen so now I got a new one. I installed the harmony remote and logged into my account and non of the icons are displayed. There are very few things I can press, I can see some things when i highlight over the entire page. There's no next button or anything. I can't create a new account after I've typed all of the new details in because theres no button to go on. I've tried installing this onto 4 other computers with vista 32 bit, vista 64 bit, mac osx 10.5.5 and windows xp. All of them have the same issue. I've installed the latest java, flash, and shockwave and still no hope.

I have the same problem as many of you do. I'm unable to run the software to program the remote. I've downloaded the software 3 times. Uninstaiiled and reinstalled.  Can not set compatibility for Win XP service Pack 3.  So far I have a $360.00 paper weight.

Whgat is the estimate for the fix for this remote software?
