Harmony Remotes

So I am looking to purchase a Harmony 1100 remote - but here is the set up I have... On one wall I have three TV's (one 60" LG - two 24" Sony's) There are three Verizon Fios HD cable boxes next to each other and a Sony Receiver. Additionally there are two other Sony's back of the room different models than the other two. I want to know if the 1100 can't 'talk' to each individual cable box or not? I am not so much worried that the remote won't 'talk' to the TV's, but the only reason I would be getting it is so each cable box can be controlled separately. Also, can the remote distinguish between the two Sony's that are the same model? If not does the RF extender allow each cable box and TV to be controlled individually? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
