Harmony Remotes

Hello, we have the Harmony 1000, and finally had it installed (after purchasing it over 2 years ago) with our new tv, receiver, blue ray,sound system etc.  We cannot seem to get several functions working. 1) Radio, we have the correct devices selected (AV receiver room1)  2) We have tuner input selected (Current Activity), and then it goes to the number key pad- we assume we punch in the FM frequency number, like 98.5, and voila, the station should come on, but alas, nothing, the volume is up, etc.  Is there an on-line manual that would assist with this?  We also wanted to hook up our iPod, and have run into the same problems.  We had the Geek squad install, but really once they are done, they jam, and you need 1-2 hours of help making sure you know how to use the darn thing.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You should be able to set the channels exactly the same way as you do with the original remote.

For those with the decimal point you'll need to know which button that command - if there is one - has been assigned to.

You might be able to find it by trial and error, but you're going to need access to the Harmony software and your account anyway - did you get the details of those?

You'll also need the software for the manual, though that won't get you very far.
