Harmony Remotes

I cannot find the proper delay setting and am hoping someone can help me here.

I have the following:

Samsung TV

Onkyo Receiver 

Xbox 360

Motorola DVR

The power on sequence starts with the TV ( as it should) and then progresses through each device. The issue I'm having is that the time between powering on devices.

I need the TV to power but wait :10 before powering on the rest. Is this possible?

If you need the remote to wait 10 seconds before powering on any other device, you will have to contact Harmony support to have that done.  All power commands are sent in rapid sequence, only separated by the Inter-device delay for each device.

What would I ask for? A custom function?

Is there a specific number or department to call?

Just tell them that you need a delay inserted between the time that the TV powers on and before any other devices power on.
