Harmony 1000 quit working

After doing a Firmware update my touchscreen quit responding, i've tryed everything and it will not work. Does anyone have any advise? i've been on hold for 20mins with support already.

If it has been less than a year that you've owned the harmony fill out a warranty claim in you're software.
- hit the support button in the tips box in you're software
- hit the contact us tab
- select warranty claim

just got off the phone with support, i've owned the remote for 2yrs, they offered me a 50% coupon of any remote i want but that's still pretty sorry for a $500 remote to only last 2 yrs.. i guess tier 2 support is going to call me back.
