Harmony 300 started okay but quickly becoming a pos.  I've snyced it 3 times at this point as I read that as a previous fix.

If i hit "Watch TV" or "TV" and then Powr, the TV will not turn on.  Instead all 4 input buttons will flash.  If I pop out the battery and put it back in this will sometimes fix the issue, not so much anymore.  The Cable button will work once and then if I push Guide, for instance, all 4 buttons will blink, and then if I hit Cable again, it may work.

Just looking if there is some fix for this or if I'm doing something wrong.

The Harmony 300 remote is working intermittently, I would advice you call phone support and undergo troubleshooting procedure to check if this is a hardware issue.
