I just bought a Harmony 300 remote, and it's not detected when connected. I already have the software installed and am using it with a Harmony One remote successfully. It does not detect the 300. I then went to the My Harmony website on a completely different computer and installed that software, and it's still not detected. I've tried 3 computers.
All 3 recognize a USB device is connected and installed when I connect it to the USB port, but none of the Logitech software will detect it, so obviously I can't configure and use it.
How do I fix this?
