Harmony Remotes

I don't what has happened but my Harmony 510 was working correctly, but is not anymore.

All of my devices are working correctly and activating properly.  The problem is that I cannot change from one activity to another without powering off.

Previously I could press activity at anytime (while in another activity) without powering off and change to different activity.

Please Help.

Sounds like a hardware problem and the Activity button is no longer working.
