Hey guys. I really need some help. I have a Logitech Harmony 510 remote, and it's been great up until I got this new motorized screen. I went to program it, only to find out that you can't send an IR delay of more than 25 seconds which only brings my screen down halfway - something I remedied by adding two DirectionDown commands at 24000ms followed by the Stop. That part works fine, but it was something that just kind of aggrivated me.
Here's the problem: I want my projector to turn on first, because it takes a few seconds to warm up. Makes sense to turn that on first, then the receiver, and then the screen - that way the projector will be finished starting up by the time the screen comes down. For whatever reason, no matter what order I put the devices in on power up, the screen always goes first, leaving a 50 second delay before it turns on anything else and makes the whole point of putting the screen last completely pointless.
On top of that, turning off the activity - for whatever reason - constantly crashes the remote. It gets stuck sending an IR signal to God knows what, with the green Activities light illuminated while it hangs there. The only way around it is to take the batteries out.
Does anyone know what's going on? I already tried deleting the activit and re-creating it, as well as updating the firmware to no avail. Please help!

Well I figured out why it's crashing, though I don't know how to stop it. The "Stop" command for the screen is causing the remote to crash, so when it powers off the activity it freezes on sending the stop signal. I don't know how to get around this, and I can't even go into devices and stop the screen from coming down.

The power on commands are sent to the devices in an activity in the order that you specify but separated by only the brief Inter-Device Delays.
You need to report to Logitech support the command that crashes the Harmony.

The remote refuses to change the order of the devices. It is currently ordered to power on the projector, then the receiver, then the screen, but the screen comes down first. I'll contact support.
Edit- Apparently I can't do that without being charged $30 bucks. So much for that.

Ok so just a quick update, I just bought a Harmony One thinking there was a problem with the remote itself that was causing the 510 to crash. Upon testing the screen as a device, DirectionDown worked, Stop worked, but DirectionUp didn't. It was then that I realized that the new remote is crashing just the same as the old one did. This is a major problem, as not all of us just use DirectionDown commands and need the screens to stop at a certain point.
What I did find is that if the Harmony One goes into standby, it will become functional again. Unfortunately that doesn't happen when turning on an Activity. Logitech needs to fix this problem, asap.
