My Harmony 520 has a blank screen (the screen and backlights illuminate, but there is no text on the screen)! I changed the batteries several times. I've updated the software and the firmware. The remote backlights illuminate when I pick the remote up. They also illuminate when I press any of the following buttons: On/Off, Activities, Devices, Help, the four main activity buttons on either side of the screen, and the two left/right buttons below the screen. However, the backlights do not illuminate when I press any of the other buttons. How do I get the text to once again be displayed on the screen - there is no text at all! Pls help!

Hi wepstech,
Sorry to hear about the LCD screen on your Harmony 520. It appears that you have done all the troubleshooting to try and restore the screen so I would suggest you contact Technical Support. Within the Harmony software click Support, then click the Contact Us tab. You could alternatively send me a PM (private message) with your email and Login ID, and I would be glad to forward your case to them.
Regards,
Mark

Thanks Mark. I'll try using the tech support thru the software. Really can't live without the remote now that I've had it for some time. Cheers!

Did you get any resolution to this problem? My remote just started doing the same thing.

I'm having this same issue and when I contacted Logitech, they were of no help what so ever. Because my roomate used the remote first for a month, then gave it back to me, they're nitpicking and calling the remote "second hand" and refusing to do anything about it.
I have to say, Logitech Customer Support has been the worst experience I have ever had. You can't get through to ANYBODY to try to help on the phone without paying $30, and even then there are no guarantees. E-Mail support doesn't look to help you, they look to find a loophole so that they can avoid helping you. I'm really not impressed.
Funny enough, I used to LOVE the product and was about to convince my girlfriend to buy her dad the Harmony 900 which retails for $450 here. FAT chance. Logitech will lose my business if their support team doesn't find a solution to their failed hardware issue
