Harmony 525 Does not work with Ortek VRC-1100!!! Help!!!!!

I have a Logitech Harmony 525, and just purchased my Ortek VRC-1100.
I've had a lot of difficulty getting it working, I wish there was a way you could provide me with your configuration.

I have tried the learn function and RAW. And it keeps on often jumps 4 or 5 options when I press up or down.

And when I chose if from Harmony listed devices it don’t even Work at all!!!!

It sounds like you may have learned to long of a command while doing the learn process try relearning the commands and see if that helps.

Also run the Trouble Shooter for the Device for Device respond to much.

Hi, re-check the database. The Ortek should be there by now. Logitech added it recently, together with Auvisio and HAMA remotes (they are all the same). Please report back if it works for you. CU, Mario
