Re: Harmony 525 USB ISSUES

Have you tried using a different USB cable, if you have a digital camera, chances are that it will work with your Harmony, also avoid connecting via a USB hub, connect it directly into your PC.

Re: Harmony 525 USB ISSUES

Too bad there is no resolution here. I've got the exact same problem. EVERY solution I see here on Logitech support assumes that the driver is installed - it isn't. There are no yellow question marks or exclaimation points in the USB driver area of Win 7. I've tried it under WinXP, different computers, different ports and different cables. If you don't get to first base, NONE of the solutions Logitech has here works. I did find a place where you press the "2" key and take the batteries out. I know there are some keypad hacks or something like that here... I totally give up.  Extremely frustrating. I would rate myself as an "advanced" windows user. ANY YES, I've tried all the tech troubleshooting withing the Logitech Harmony Remote Software as well (currently on 7.7.0). You can't fix the firmware people if your computer doesn't recognize it.
