Harmony Remotes

I got a harmony 525 and i am trying to add the Tevion TSD-DR40D DVD Recorder as a device but all I get is this error message after it updates.

I have tried to delete all other devices and just add the tevion as well as create a new account but it still gives the same error message

I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what they did to fix it.

Thanks in advance for any help with this problem.

Yes its a Tevion TSD-DR40 HD

I suggest checking all your Activities, especially those employing this device, and perhaps deleting them. I do not think the device-level is to blame.
