Safe mode has appeared on my remote and I can't use it. I replaced the batteries, but safe mode continues to display on the remote. Anyone know how I can resolve this?

Remove the batteries, then while holding the 2 button, replace the batteries

One of the buttons on the remote is stuck look at it from the side and you will find it. If you can't just masage the buttons it will come free after this you will have to update the firmware from the Harmony software in the downloads tab
