Harmony 550 not responding

Anyone know if I have a dud?  I activated "Watch TV" a few minutes ago and everything turned on fine.  Now none of the buttons are working.  The display seems fine but I get nothing when I press the buttons.  I plugged it back into the computer and the screen instantly switched to "USB Connected" and lit up but still no reaction from the buttons.  Took the batteries out (about 1 month old) and replaced them.  Screen came back on (backlight too) but still no reaction from the buttons.  Any ideas?

Hi,

try to "massage" every button on the remote, I'm pretty sure one got stuck, you describe the typical symptoms.
