Harmony Remotes

Every time I try to use the remote to turn on/off my TV or sound system or perform any action that involves turning them on/off the remote simply reboots. I have tried replacing the batteries but that does not seem to be the problem.

Contact Logitech support, this has been a known problem with the remote.
