So a new user name with a new email address? I only have one email account

It doesn't have to be an actual E-mail address for MyHarmony.com it just has to be in E-mail format such as xyz@my.com. But if you are going to use the 7.7 software, then your present e-mail address will work to setup a new account, as your e-mail address is not part of your logon

I've solved with:

devices->soundbar->Settings-> my Device responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally-> and adjust the repeats to a higher setting test it tell me how it goes...

It was on 1 and I've putted 3, now the soundbar powers on and off in the right way. Cheers.

my Device responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally Where would that be when using the my harmony website?  Can we get a tech or engineer to give us a clear way to fix this issue?  I just want to make it work as advertised.  Thanks
