I recently bought a Harmony 650 remote and tried to set up my Wii along with it. It said that the Wii didn't support IR remote on/off but when I use the Wii remote, I'm able to turn the unit on/off so it does support IR. Is there any way I can program my Harmony remote to turn the Wii on/off?

No, the Wii is blue tooth, it is not IR, all you can do is setup an activity, and have it power on the TV and AVR if one is used and set the inputs. you cannot power on or control the Wii with your Harmony remote.

Since the 650 has a limited number of devices, I also recommend you remove it from your config entirely and just make another WatchTV type of activity to use it. No point in wasting a device slot on something you can't control anyway.
