Harmony 650 remote programming 30 sec skip

Is there a procedure to reprogram and unused key for a 30 second skip.  Similar to the one for Moto DCH-3416 DVR box using the ligy gray remote?.

Is there a 30 sec skip command on your original remote?  Harmony remotes can only do what your original remote can do.

If your original remote has the 30 sec skip command on your original remote, you can teach it to your Harmony remoteI
