Harmony Remotes

I just added a Sony STR-4400ES AV Receiver to my system and during my attempts to add it to the Watch TV and Watch a Movie functions, I attempted to sync the Sony remote information to my Harmony 659 remote by placing the Sony approximately 2-5 inches from the Harmony remote. The result was that, I did finally get my settings corrected and attempted to update the Harmony 659 remote control and every attempt I received the following error message: Step failed Uploading remote control information to web : The information updated to the web site is invalid. - The information was not sent. Check your USB cable and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service. Is there any way to clear the information causing this error or to completely reset the Harmony remote control and reenter all four of my devices? Thanks for any and all assistance you can provide
