First, I'd like to say that I really like all the great products I have from Logitech! In fact, I'm hoping to order a diNovo Edge Keyboard within the next few days. And I appreciate the fact that you folks are busy. Here's my situation:
I originally posted a problem I had with my Harmony 520 back in November 2009, and was offered a 50% discount on a new remote as long as I ordered via telephone from your store. I thought, "Wow! Great!!". I've called the 800 number quite a few times (more than 6) since mid November, and even though your call centre is located in the same city I reside in (Halifax, NS - but that's beside the point), I keep getting told that " the Harmony 700 is not in stock for shipping to Canada; try back in a week". By the way, the operators at the 800 number are always great - apologetic and helpful.
Is there any way I could be informed of when the Harmony 700 remote will be available for shipping in Canada? I really miss having an ultra-remote! Please let me know as soon as you can, because the $$ are burning a hole in my pocket...

Anyone who goes for a DiNovo Edge ought to be going for at least a Harmony One!
Yeah, you're right. However, like all married guys out there, my better half speaks for half the cash! I'll let you know how it goes after I bargain with her - maybe I'll get the Harmony One...
