Harmony Remotes

My Harmony 720 was working fine a week ago.  Tried using it again yesterday and it is not turning on or off activities.

I ensured it was fully charged, updated firmware, reprogrammed using original remotes, and, when the latter failed, deleted devices and added them back in.  All to no avail.  Finally I took a Harmony 600 and transferred the settings to it and all works fine.

I suspect the IR is no longer broadcasting but not sure.

What are the support options, besides buying a new 720 (or current equivalent)?
