I have a Logitech Harmony 880 Pro remote and a Sharp LC-C6077UN 60" LCD TV. Also, I have the latest software on my computer along with the latest firmware on the remote. The problem I am having is the the remote will not change the input on the TV to the correct Input for the activity. I have varied the TV warm up time to 10000 ms and the time to recognize a command on the TV to 3000 ms and nothing works. At maximum the remote will move the input only once at start up. Then, I have to go through help and get to the question about the TV being set to the correct input. Next I have to repeatly press the No several times to move the Input selection on the TV until the correct Input is selected. Does anyone have a possible better solution to this problem.
Thank You,
John Turi

Try setting your power on delay for the TV higher than 10000ms to say 20000ms. Also change the input delay up by about 500ms or so. This will allow the TV to get ready for input changes and also the input delay will slow the changes down so the TV can react to the changes. If this works then you can try lower figures if you want. As this only affects the startup of the system it doesn't hurt the normal operation of the remote.

SOLUTION: Here’s a loophole that will fix the problem. If your remote has a Favorite button you can set that as your TV input. Your Logitech remote will transmit the Favorite input signal and the Sharp will switch to the TV input. For example, I would set my Favorite A button to go to TV broadcast channel 2, and set the Watch TV on my Logitech remote to go to Favorite A, then my Logitech Watch TV button will change the Sharp to TV channel 2. Logitech needs to program InputTV to go directly to the TV input on the Sharp TV. Hopefully they’ll fix this bug soon.

A strange variation for my 880 and an older TV is that it worked before, using Help still works but none of the activities will now switch to the input! It did work but just stopped working.
