Harmony Remotes

When controlling my Panasonic TC-60PS34 60" plasma HDTV with my harmony 900 remote control, pressing the volume button up or down once sends the command to the TV twice, so the television's volume will jump from say, 20 to 22, then to 24, and so on.  I have the same problem in the setup menu when I try to change a setting.  The command will jump twice instead of once, making it impossible to change some settings.

Has anyone experienced this, and does anyone know of a fix for this?

If this is a device delay issue, chich delay do I increase?  inter-key, inter-device, or input?

You need to Troubleshoot the Device and select Device responds too much or not enough then lower the Repeats

Thank you.  Your solution was just what I needed.  I decreased the default setting from "3" to "2" and everything works fine now.

Troubleshooting option is on available if you use the 7.7 software

In the 7.7 software, select the Devices tab, select your device, select Troubleshoot, and if you want to adjust the Repeats, select Device responds too much or only occasionally
