How do you customize to hard buttons? Which hard buttons would you use for the DVR?
Im thinking I may get the 1100 and use my RF Extenders as the 900 isnt getting great reviews.

The same as you do on any Harmony. Play is on Prev, F/f and R/w on the Channel toggle, Stop and Pause on Page Up and Down. You could also use the navigation set. I haven't seen bad reviews of the 900, and find it very good, just different from the panel-type models.

Does anyone have experience with RF reach?
I had a 895 or what's called and had a lot of problems with continuos commands, but the RF signal was perfect! Even trough two ceelings!
Now I have the 900 all commands ar better, BUT... the RF signal is bad, very bad! The extender needs to be in sight! When I put it behind a closed door or wall it won't work!!
Is the 1100 much better in RF signal? That would be the only difference in use?
Anyone?

To use the Blaster with your 900, you have to select Options on the remote, then go 2 pages to the right and select RF System Settings, then select Device Assignment, then select which devices you want to be controlled by the Blaster. This is unlike the 890 and RF Extender, where that was done in the software.
