I recently bought a Harmony 900. The device works great except when I put it in the cradle. Then, nothing happens. There's no indication that it's charging at all. The LED on the cradle gets faster when the remote is in it and the "off" button on the remote flashes when the charger is in the cradle but nothing happens on the device itself. And, sure enough, after a few days, the battery dies. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and contacted customer support. They told me that the hardware department would contact me in two days about a new cradle. They haven't contacted me. I got a different cradle and it's still not charging. Help, please!!

I have the same problem.İt doesn't work after put it on the caredle.Then I reset the device without the battery inside it and then it works.
I asked to the customer service and they said me that ".......Thank you for your response. We are currently looking into the issue further on our end and will contact you once we have more information. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you." on 06/08/2010.
I don't know how much time do I wait.

is this issue been resolved? I just purchased harmony 900 a week ago and tried using it...it was working well, my problem is, it 's not charging from the cradle...no lights on the cradle and no charging icon on the remote itself, please someone help me, I already called up their service center and told me to return it to amazon...problem is I could not find my previous orders from amazon.
