Harmony Remotes

I recently purchased and setup a Harmony 900 Remote Control.  All is generally well except that the remote only awakens when it is tilted rather vigorously.  It won't wake up with the pressing of buttons.  Is there a way to program it to wake up by pressing any button on the remote control?

The 900 shold awaken by either tilting or pressing the screen.  Try reinserting firmware in safe mode, and see if that fixes issue.  Pressing hard buttons does not show  the display

I'm having the same problem. Trying the firmware update and I'll let you know how it goes.

Ok, tried that. Now the remote won't wake after the update. I've tried removing and replacing the batteries - I get the first startup screen showing firmware 7.0.4, but I never get to the second screen that normally displays.

Not happy :-(
