Harmony Remotes

Hi, im just coming here for a little confirmation really. I have searched the forums and found a few similar issues to mine.

So basically i have a harmony one remote.

Devices:

LG TV

Xbox 360

HP MCE IR reciever (for laptop)

rogers hd pvr

Everything works great but i have noticed that when i have left my remote for a long period of time or charging. After i pick it up the LCD is non-responsive i try to press one of the activies and noting so i have to pull the battery and reboot the remote a few times until it works again.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Either return it for a replacemen, or contact Harmony support as you have a defective remote
