Harmony Remotes

I was hoping to setup the remote to Watch DVD (or Play Game) as an activity then have an additional button in the LED display for Netflix. Is this possible?

Unfortunately you can't go to Netflix directly on the PS3 so the Harmony is unable to do it. If Sony maps Netflix to a button on the original controller in a firmware update then it may be possible.... We can only hope!!!
