Just got the Harmony One, but haven't been able to use it.  The 7.7 Software is horrible.  Very slow and lacks navigation options.  It keeps freezing up and I'm forced to log out and start over.  There don't appear to be options within the program to do a software update, but wouldn't know because it keeps freezing up and I'm unable to manouver through all of the screens. Very disappointing.
