Harmony One UR Stuck in SAFE MODE

I have done everything that the forums have recommended and still cannot get this thing out of Safe Mode. When I take the battery out and plug in the USB, there isn't power to the remote. My PC is not even recognizing it. I was updating the remote and deleted a few devices when all this happened. Any suggestions ?

If you have not tried a different cable, I suggest you do that first, then contact support if that does not solve your problem.

Re: Harmony One UR Stuck in SAFE MODE

That was one of the first things I checked. All okay. Even in the System settings it recognizes it when I plug/unplug but the software will not recognize it when I update. Always says "please make sure the remote is connected......."

Frustrated !!!!!!

Re: Harmony One UR Stuck in SAFE MODE

remove the battery from the remote and leave it out for a few minutes...then reinsert the battery and it should boot normal

Left it out the entire day. Put it back in and still got "Safe Mode".
