Harmony Remotes

I have a problem with the Harmony One and Harmony 650 controlling the LG BD530 blu-ray player.

The left and right buttons are pressed twice by the remote when I only press it once.  I've tried to teach the left and right buttons from the original remote but it does the same thing.

When I press the left button once, the dvd player recognizes it as 2 presses.  This gets really annoying trying to navigate menus.

You need to lower the repeats, in the software, select the Device tab, select your LG, select Troubleshoot, select Responds too much or not enough, then lower the repeats

What is the software? The web software or is there downloadable bits? And if so where do I get them?

My response works only for those users that have downloaded the 7.7 stand alone software and will not work for those users that are using MyHarmony.com to program their remote.  If you are using MyHarmony.com, to lower the repeats, you need to contact Harmony support to have this done.
