Harmony Remotes

Hi everyone, 

  I've been searching around but haven't been able to resolve an issue I'm having with my Harmony One. With any activity on my Comcast Motorola DCX-3400 (black DVR), there is about a .5 second delay. This applies to changing channels, scrolling through guides, moving through menus, everything. I've set all delays for the device to 0, but the delay still exists. I wouldn't mind so much but the DCX-3400 is significantly quicker than previous Comcast DVR models, and when using the OEM remote there is no such delay for navigating the DVR. Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated.
