Harmony Remotes

Hi all,

I have got my Harmony One remote and try to learn the IR code from my RCA E60 multi media player. However, I can't find the information from the existing database OR after I learnt the IR code from the original remote. It doesn't work to control or even turn the player on. May I seek your advice how can I resolve this problem as I purchase this remote is mainly for this player.

First, did you try to add the Media Player to your Harmony Account before you tried learning commands?

Hi, I tried to add device under my Harmony account (actually I can't identify the exact catagory for Multi Media Player) before I start to learn each button from the original remote. I just got a reply from the Logitech customer service to modify my account setting and I will get my fingers crossed.
