Okay I can duplicate most everything in the remote, but the menu button. The menu button currently opens the VIA menu. If I want to change the picture settings I have to go with the original remote. That remote of course works off bluetooth with the TV. So how do I learn the command? Honestly stumped.

Welcome to the forum.
The option to "learn" a command from an original remote is one of the three options on the Device tab.
It has to be an IR command of course, but as the other commands are IR that one must be the same.

It is a bluetooth remote from Vizio, no IR sends. It has IT emitters for communicating with other devices.

You said you "can duplicate most everything in the remote", so most everything must be IR.

The built in database from Logitech is duplicating everything. I can not learn commands from the Vizio remote so far if at all. So any idea how to get the command from somewhere?

So are you saying that this TV can be controlled either by BT or IR, but that you have the original remote only for the BT version?
As the Logitech database has the IR versions for most of the commands, you should report to them that it does not have some others, and they will then look into providing them.

Ok I can try that.

Has this issue been resolved? I'm experiencing same problem with Vizio XVT3D554SV TV with Harmony 880 remote. The "Menu" button on the remote acts as if "VIA" button was pressed on TV's original remote. Since all other pre-configured buttons are working except for the "Menu" one, makes me thinking that one of the codes is misconfigured on Harmony side. Even though Vizio's original remote is a Bluetooth remote, it seems to accept IR codes. But at the same time it prevents me from using the "Learn IR" functionality.
