Harmony Remotes

The volume control on the remote for my Anthem AVM-50v processor steps in 0.5-dB increments. I've programmed my Harmony One for the Anthem, but no matter what I do, the volume button steps in 3-dB increments. How can I fix this?

Troubleshoot the Anthem, select Device either responds too much or not enough, then lower the repeats.
