Harmony Remotes

I just set up the Harmony One to control my TV, DVR, Soundbar and WD HD TV LIVE box.  I set up an Activity that powers up everything needed for my WD device.  When I press the Activity, it will start the correct devices, however after that I have no control of my WD HD TV LIVE from the remote.  To control it I have to push "Devices" and choose the WD TV LIVE-  only then can I navigate the WD device.  For some reason when in "Activity" mode the remote is not sending codes to the WD box, I can tell because my IR extender does not light up when I am pushing buttons on the remote.  Again, If I am in the individual "Device" mode, the remote then will send the approproate code and I have control.

Anyone have similar experience and know how to correct this? Thanks for your input.

Yes, in the software, select your WD Live Activity, select Customize Buttons, and make any corrections necessary to get the correct Device and Commands assigned to any of the buttons that are not working.
