I am having this exact issue with my media centres setup. Certain key presses seem to get the pc stuck in a loop until you press it again. Please could the fix be applied to my account (details below):

I am having the same issues here with my Harmony One remote with my Antec Fusion Remote Black case. It constantly crashes windows and the media player as it seems like it is sending out an indefinite numeric signal to the computer and it crashes everything.

Can you please apply the fix to my account as well?

got exactly same problem! Could a Logitech-Member help me to fix it?

its urgent cuz i need to get it fixed within less than one week. during 2 weeks after buy I can give it back to the seller and get my money back (germany = fernabsatzgesetz) .. so its just one week to get it working... please help me!
