Hi!
I seem to have some problems setting up my new Harmony One to handle my Sony Bravia TV (KDL-32D2710).
When I try to switch between AV modes; AV4 results in switching to channel 6, AV5 to channel 1, and AV6 also to channel 1. The only AV modes that work properly are AV1-AV3.
I think that this is because AV4-AV6 are really HDMI1-HDMI3, as seen in the support thread:
http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Harmony-Remotes-Prog
Is it possible to manually add HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3 AV inputs to my profile? Or is it perhaps possible to select a different TV model that is known to just work?
Thanks!

These are questions you can answer yourself by testing. Put the Harmony in Device mode, choose your TV an test if InputHdmi1 to 3 works. In my case (KDL-40P5500) it didn't. I had to program the next sequence into my activity:
- InputAV3 (switches to AV3)
- InputNext (the first one opens the input selection box)
- InputNext (the second one selects the next input: HDMI1)
- Select (to immediately close the input selection box)
Your second question (different TV): try out a larger version of your TV and see if that works, for instance the KDL-40D2710. Sometimes the input commands in Logitech's database don't work for the smaller TVs, but the ones for the bigger TVs do.

Thanks atjong!
I tried the InputAV3,Delay,InputNext,Delay,InputNext trick, but it becames so darn slow so that it becomes a pain just to hold the remote for 5-10 seconds in the air. Also its quite unreliable, since it just take me directing the remote in the wrong direction once to be dumped at AV4 instead of AV5 ![]()
Anyway, the tip to try a bigger TV serialnumber looks promissing, although I've already tried a couple of different Sony TVs, I didn't know that KDL-40D2710 is the step up from my current tv (KDL-32D2710). Where did you find this out? Are there more to try?
Also, I found the thread http://logitech.lithium.com/t5/Harmony-Remotes-Pro
Here's the Update, I have just run through the problem with "Howard" from Logitech support, He was excellent and we ran through several different commands, and there is are discrete commands to switch directly to HDMI1 2 and 3.
He updated my profile I then updated my remote and it all works OK. with discrete inputs called HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and HDMI 3.
So you will have to log a support call to get your account updated and then update your remote, If its any help you can quote my call number to help them find the correct solution. [Incident: 090124-002499]
Looks promissing, and I'll be continuing to update my progress in this thread.

Nice to read you're up and running.
To answer your question, I tried adding a TV to my profile with your TV type (KDL-XXD2710) and tested some of the more common sizes: 40 inch (KDL-40D2710), 42 inch, 56 inch. Only the 40 inch succeeded.
Why did you add delays in the first place? I set all of my delays to 0 except the startup delay and my KDL-40P5500 works perfectly with it. You can see the input selection box opening but it closes in the blink of an eye. Unfortunately the discrete command for InputHDMI1 didn't work for me so I need this workaround.
