Harmony Remotes

I love the Harmony and what it is capable of. But every time I go to my computer to program it I get a mixed feeling.

The software for theese remotes is not very good. It gets the job done but the layout, workflow  and experience is not that great. Especially the workflow seems a bit over complicated most of the time.

Is there a rewrite coming up on the Harmony software anytime? In my opiniion that is the next big thing to do to bring the Harmony even further! Cause I love it.

Older harmony remotes use the 7.7 software. Newer ones use myharmony.com which is the new re-write of the 7.7 software. While it looks better, it's missing a lot of functionality from the old software, making it practically useless. With each new model they remove more features and more devices, ruining the product. I'm glad you like harmony. I used to like them a lot too, but I have completely given up on them now for the reasons above.
